All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. cbv999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from an account registered in another person's name will be returned to the source account after a verification review, minus any applicable third-party processing fees incurred by cbv999. Repeated attempts to make third-party deposits may result in account suspension.

cbv999 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. Where a direct return is not possible, cbv999 will process the withdrawal to a verified account in the player's name via an alternative supported method.

6.1 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbv999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cbv999 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.

cbv999's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to cbv999 in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate or irreparable harm.

Where a material change is made, cbv999 will notify active players via the registered email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice within the cbv999 platform, at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of cbv999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
